Gah, the harmonies were absolute murder to do, I'm not really one for singing high, and most of the harmonies on this song WERE higher than I usually sing. And I apologize for the distortion that occurs when I sing all three parts at once (you'll know what I mean when you hear it). It seems Kristal hates playing multiple tracks at the same time. >_<;

Whoo boy. What is it about me and late night drawing? ^_^' Finished colouring that damn loli picture, god, it was a pain! My mouse is cordless and it went flat while I was in the middle of my work, and it was too late to go out and buy batteries. So I had to switch over to my old corded mouse which is so damn jerky. But even a good mouse wouldn't have made the task any easier. This is why, I guess, I should invest in a nice Wacom tablet + pen.

I'm tired, but kind of pleased. See the finished product here. Ain't she pwetty? XD But I think I prefer the line art better...

Does anyone else like freezing orange juice in a glass, smushing it up with a spoon and eating it? Even in winter?

And I have a new layout up peoples! My first real S2 layout, modified a bit from the Component style. Still have a long way to go though with learning S2, god, it's a bitch! I may need to fix some things, but go and say what you think...VIEW IT NOW! Hope you like it. ^^

And does anyone have a good Utada Hikaru mood theme? I've been looking, and I can't seem to find one. ;_;

Edit: Decided to put a background pattern on it, but I'm unsure how it looks now. Shall I stay with this or go back to the plain background? Oh the pains of decision!

Heh heh, I got bored again so here's another mp3 I recorded last night. It was mainly to test my skills in harmonies, and sometimes it's a bit grating in the lower register, but ah well, what can you do? It's just fooling around, after all. =D

Lol, I know that the harmony is done originally by a guy (Tsunku <3) and that the original is much better (but then again, all originals, whether they be movies or songs are better. ALWAYS >=E) but I actually think it sounds nifty with a female harmony. But I'll let you all be the judge.

Comments are welcome, concrit even more so. As long as it isn't outright rude or negative, I'll appreciate it. ^_^

But what I find annoying is the fact that I can't seem to rid myself od the horrid "fuzz" that accompanies my vocal recordings, no matter how much I use the "Noise Reduction" tool in WavePad. It's annoying the hell out of me.

In other world-changing news, my mouth feels like it's gonna fry because of the chicken noodles I had for dinner. God, they're hot! >_<;

Okay, since so many people have given something to me in some form or another, I thought I'd give something back to you all. So here's my current Winamp playlist. Note this is not all the songs I have - I have about another 2000 songs that I still need to get back, or are on other discs that I cannot be bothered to search for ^_^;. I'll be posting my updated playlist in the near future. Well, after countless hours, singing so much that my jaw feels like it's going to fall off (damn stuff ups >_<;) and too much time taken on working out htf the audio editor operates (KRISTAL Audio Engine has a bit of a steep learning curve, but damn, it's an awesome free editor, I recommend it ^^), may I present to you this. The song is End Roll, one of my favourite Ayu songs. ^_^ And I sung it all by myself too!

Thank you, thank you! *bows to all* I know at times it's off key and sometimes a bit shrill (well, that's what I think anyway), and I also stuffed up the words in some places, but c'mon, japanese is low on the list of languages I can speak fluently. I spent the last few hours drawing her, and I'm still not totally satisfied with how she came out, especially with her hair and hand (it just doesn't look like a hand, you know? And no, she hasn't got an extra finger >_<;). Still, considering I haven't drawn anything seriously for the last few years (since I finished high school, I think), that's to be expected. I probably won't be colouring her because I think she looks alright like this. And the style, well, it changes a lot (still developing my own unique drawing style, especially the eyes) so a lot of the work that I'll post in the future may be different stylistically. But I hope you like her anyway, despite her flaws.

When DeviantArt works again, I'll post her up there, with another one I'm working on right now. A busy night it's been.

While working on my art, I was reminded of the love I used to have for drawing a few years back - I would draw anything, anywhere, on anything. I still have scads of books with my sketches in them (many that I am too embarrassed to show anyone). I also still have my books from high school with my drawings. I may scan those for later (if I can find the books) And interestingly enough, I seem to love drawing females, with little or no clothing. And many of my images are almost porn in nature! What that says about me, I don't want to know >.>. Considering I'm not a great fan of porn. Actually, it's not porn - it's erotic art. Whatever. *shrugs*
